HOW TO USE: 

Shake the bottle really well to ensure all the sediments that have settled to the bottom of the bottle have mixed well with the oil formula. Twist to remove screw cap. Pull out rubber stopper. Pour out oil onto your palm or a dish. Rub oil between your palms or microwave the oil for 10-20 seconds to warm the oil for better absorption and enhanced relaxation. Massage oil onto head, coating from root to hair ends.

Apply gentle pressure on Marma Points (vital energy points in Ayurveda):

• to improve sleep quality
• to boost mood
• to support detoxification
• to improve blood circulation

All hair strands should be coated with oil but oil should not be dripping on the nape of the neck or forehead. That’s how you know the amount is just right. Feel free to oil your eyebrows too. If oiling your eye lashes, use a spoolie and apply very little, gently. Close the bottle back with rubber stopper and screw cap. Avoid getting oil into eyes. Leave the oil on hair and/or body for 1-2 hours before heading for a shower.

Can be used day or night.

To wash off from hair: Wet hair, scrub off all grease from hair with a clarifying shampoo, lather, rinse, air dry / heat style.

ENVIRONMENTALLY-FRIENDLY EFFORTS:

When you’ve emptied out the glass bottle, rinse the bottle out well with a bottle cleaning brush and liquid detergent. Reuse the bottle, screw cap and rubber stopper.
